📦 Postage & Delivery Policy.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and reliably using Royal Mail, our trusted UK delivery partner.

UK Shipping.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked):
Costs are calculated at checkout according to weight. (Free for orders over £50)
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispach.
Tracked and untracked options are available at checkout.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked 24):
Costs are calculated at checkout according to weight and service chosen. (Free for orders over £100)
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail service times, especially during peak seasons.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—this may change in the future.

📅 Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed before 4 PM are usually dispatched the following day.
Orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched within 2 working days.

Personalised or custom orders will take a bit longer to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Please bear with us during busy periods. We will contact you if there are any problems with getting your order dispatched within the given time frames.

🚚 Order Tracking

If you select a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

❓ Delayed or Missing Deliveries
